Alares®, a company specializing in family assistance, has begun managing the Home Help Service in Mazarrón, in the Region of Murcia, specifically for a total of 87 users.
This service, which Alares® began providing on June 10, will remain in effect for two years, extendable to four. Throughout this collaboration period, Alares® will meet users’ needs in their homes, with a clear objective: to improve the quality of life of older people and enable them to remain in their usual surroundings in Mazarrón and its outlying districts. All of this will be carried out in accordance with the strictest quality standards established by Alares®, audited by AENOR and supported by UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
The services will include both Personal Care and Household Tasks (companionship, personal hygiene, getting up, going to bed, mobility assistance, ironing, cooking, cleaning, etc.).
Alares® services will not only promote the continued care of dependent people in their homes, but will also provide solutions to reduce hospital stays, shorten waiting lists, reduce demand for places in residential homes, and support users and their families.
By managing this service, Alares® continues its strategy of enabling individuals, companies, and institutions to participate in the collective process of building a social reality with a better quality of life for citizens.
