Diversity Foundation

The Diversity Foundation was established in 2009 by the European Institute for Diversity Management and the Alares Foundation. The primary task of the Diversity Foundation for Diversity is to promote and implement the Diversity Charter in Spain among companies and public institutions, and become a source of support for implementation of diversity and inclusion policies and strategies in Spain.

INITIATIVE

This initiative seeks to encourage companies and institutions to join the cause of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, insofar as each company organization or institution feels comfortable with and can take on this diversity and inclusion agenda. It aims to create a community of private and public organizations in Spain that share the same diversity and inclusion principles in the workplace. The Commission The European Commission supports the mission and work of the Diversity Charters that exist in the European Union through the European Platform of Diversity Charters and European Diversity Diversity, among other initiatives.

VISION

To be the leading institution in Diversity management and ensure that the 10 principles of the Diversity Charter are implemented in companies and institutions in Spain.

PURPOSE

Promote diversity management as an instrument for cultural transformation and recognition of others in companies and institutions to foster workplace environments inclusive environments that drive social progress and enhance economic competitiveness.
