In 2013, the General Disability Act was enacted, approved by Royal Decree on January 29 of that year. It established recognition of the social and employment rights of people with disabilities. According to this Disability Act in Spain, every company with more than 50 employees must have at least 2% of people with disabilities among its staff. The Special Employment Center, at the heart of Vivofácil
The Special Employment Center is the place where this integration and inclusion are promoted. There, our employees with disabilities regularly participate in the company's day-to-day operations.
Like other Special Employment Centers (CEE), the Vivofácil Center is an initiative for the social and occupational inclusion of people with disabilities. This project involves placing them in a position at an ordinary company, where they can pursue objectives and perform tasks like the rest of the population.
This is the Center from which all requests from our clients who require our services are managed. The distinctive feature of the Special Employment Center is that it is made up of more than 85% people with disabilities, who contribute to the services we provide at Vivofácil.
In summary, this Center is the hub of Vivofácil, where effectiveness and social commitment form the perfect partnership. In this way, we can offer our clients quality services and, in addition, the opportunity to collaborate on social inclusion and compliance with the General Disability Law.
Effectiveness and social commitment
