70% of companies fail to take advantage of subsidized training through the Tripartite Foundation
The subsidized training model through the Tripartite Foundation allows companies to train their employees at a low cost, or even at no cost. However, despite being a beneficial opportunity, almost 70% of companies failed to take advantage of it last year.
Take advantage of your Training Credit. At ALARES SOCIAL, we MANAGE and DELIVER the best training for your employees, making use of the annual subsidy to which you are entitled through the Tripartite Foundation. In addition, when you contract it with ALARES SOCIAL CEE, it counts toward compliance with the New General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
ALARES SOCIAL, an organization that manages subsidized training for companies and offers a wide range of eligible in-person and online training programs, proposes 5 tips to help companies take advantage of this benefit:
1. Plan your training.
Create an annual Training Plan based on the needs of each company. Analyze and assess your company's training needs.
2. Know your credit
All privately owned companies have an Annual Training Credit, the amount of which varies according to the number of employees and the amount paid for vocational training through contributions during the previous year. This amount represents the sum available to the company to finance employee training.
What subsidy are you entitled to?
The subsidy percentage available to each company varies according to its size:
From 1 to 9 employees: 100%
From 10 to 49 employees: 75%
From 50 to 249 employees: 60%
More than 250 employees: 50%
3. Keep track of deadlines
One of the requirements for a training program to qualify for a subsidy is that its start date must have been reported to the Tripartite Foundation at least 7 days in advance. Therefore, it is always advisable to plan the implementation of these programs sufficiently far in advance.
4. Finish what you start
For subsidy purposes, only participants who have completed the training or completed at least 75% of the course are taken into account.
5. Take advantage of your opportunities
Companies have less than 2 months left to use their credit. Any amount that has not been used by December 31 of this year cannot be used the following year; it is simply lost.
