The selection of The Most Influential People in Human Resources is a pioneering initiative launched by RRHHDigital.com, now in its fourth edition. Readers are invited to vote for the most influential human resources figure in Spain for the current year. The RRHHDigital.com team selects a group of finalists from the HR world every two years. This year, 350 finalists were chosen according to the following criteria:
- Appearances in general-interest media.
- Appearances in specialized media
- Participation in professional events, seminars, panel discussions, presentations, etc.
- Editorial or technical contributions to specialized media
- Implementation of good business practices in human resources
- Implementation of socially responsible human resources policies
- Creation, proposal, or implementation of measures that generate employment in Spain
- Other professional awards or achievements
The awards ceremony will be held on May 26, 2015.
