The Most Influential People in Human Resources is a pioneering initiative launched by RRHH Digital.com, now in its fourth edition. Through it, thousands of readers are invited to vote to choose the most influential figure in
human resources in Spain in the current year from among the 350 finalists selected according to the following criteria:
• Appearances in general-interest media
• Appearances in specialized media
• Participation in professional events, seminars, panel discussions, presentations, etc.
• Editorial or technical contributions to specialized media
• Implementation of good business practices in human resources
• Implementation of socially responsible human resources policies
• Creation, proposal, or implementation of measures that generate employment in Spain
• Other professional recognition or achievements
The awards gala was held on May 26, 2015, at the headquarters of the ABC newspaper in Madrid.
