ManpowerGroup: Leader in work–life balance with Vivofácil
ManpowerGroup, a global leader in talent solutions, reached a milestone in the industry by becoming, in 2016, the first company in the sector to offer work-life balance benefits to all its employees and collaborators.
This was made possible through its collaboration with Alares, now Vivofácil. In this article, we will explore how ManpowerGroup is revolutionizing the way it cares for and supports its workforce.
In 2016, the company signed an agreement with Alares, now Vivofácil, to create a corporate well-being plan. Today, this program is called the “Plan 4U” and is intended for structural employees.
In addition, these services are also available to spouses or domestic partners, children under 30 who live with the employee, and their parents and parents-in-law.
This translates into a comprehensive set of specialized services addressing the reconciliation of personal, family, and professional life across various areas, including health and care, consultations and assistance, as well as administrative matters and services.
As a company committed to the well-being and professional development of its employees, ManpowerGroup adapted the Plan Vivofácil 360º into Plan 4U with the aim of improving the quality of life of its employees and their families.
This not only benefits its employees, but also contributes to the company’s competitiveness and its image in society.
The services offered through this plan are varied and include:
- Consultations and assistance. Services such as My Assistant, which provides support with daily procedures 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Fixed and mobile telecare are also available, with an SOS button for each family member on their mobile devices. In addition, telephone consultations with medical specialists, social workers, psychologists, nutritionists, lawyers, among others, are provided. Computer and technology assistance is also available to resolve questions related to computers and mobile devices.
- Health and care. Health and care services include in-home personal assistance for caring for people, hospital accompaniment for family members, home-delivery TelePharmacy, specialized treatments, and support services such as psychologists, nurses, or private tutors for children. A network of affiliated medical providers with discounts is also available, as well as the possibility of accessing a free international medical second opinion.
- Administrative matters and additional services. ManpowerGroup also provides personnel placement services for caregiving and domestic tasks, administrative assistance, a service for digitally deleting personal data for up to one year, an online will service, and mediation in out-of-court dispute resolutions.
