The Diversity Foundation is established

On March 17, the Diversity Foundation was established, an organization created to implement and manage the Diversity Charter among Spanish companies. Founded by the European Institute for Diversity Management and the Alares Foundation, the Diversity Foundation’s principles include promoting non-discrimination and the inclusion of people from different cultures and with diverse backgrounds. It is a tool that will foster innovation and economic efficiency in organizations and promote greater social integration among employees.
The Ministry of Equality and the Diversity Foundation will work together in this area and seek to develop new strategies to promote the exchange of cultures. Both organizations have presented the Diversity Charter, a commitment protocol based on the principles of diversity inclusion and anti-discrimination. The aim of this code is to promote non-discrimination and, therefore, the inclusion of people from diverse cultures and with diverse backgrounds. It is a tool for generating innovation and economic efficiency in organizations, as well as greater social integration among employees.
