The following changes will apply to all training activities notified from September 11 onward. The most notable are: Requirements for training activities: · The minimum duration of training activities will be 2 hours. Funding and costs · Companies with 1 to 5 employees are exempt from co-financing training with their own resources. Organization of training (Management of the Subsidy) · The organization of training is not considered to have been entrusted to an external entity when the activity carried out by that entity is limited to administrative management functions for applying subsidies. Registration of entities · Entities providing training through the online training method must register with the competent body of the autonomous community where the centers hosting the in-person training sessions and/or in-person final assessment tests are located, and with SEPE when these in-person centers are located in more than one autonomous community. The new Law provides for other changes whose entry into force will be established once the relevant procedures have been regulated, including: For companies with fewer than 50 employees, the possibility of accumulating training credits for up to three consecutive years in order to carry out longer training activities or activities in which more employees can participate. Companies with fewer than 100 employees may form groups based on territorial or sectoral criteria in order to manage their training credits jointly, appointing an external entity for this management. An amendment has been introduced allowing autonomous communities, “within a range,” to adjust the costs of training modules, taking into account that labor costs are not the same in all regions. All other requirements, obligations, and procedures remain unchanged from those set out in Royal Decree 4/2015 of March 24. View photos from the event
