Sodexho Pass, a company dedicated to managing social benefits and incentives, has joined the Alares® Foundation as a “Protective Partner,” thereby strengthening its participation in the development of an intercompany collaboration program aimed at achieving the Foundation’s objectives through studies and projects. This makes it possible to gain first-hand knowledge of the opportunities and difficulties involved in corporate responsibility initiatives and how they contribute to improving collective living conditions.
Identifying the mutual needs of companies and employees is essential for implementing a genuine action model, and is key to ensuring that initiatives are based on a rigorous assessment and diagnosis of the interests of the two major groups that make up the organization. The aim is to address the needs and interests of organizations and individuals in a practical and realistic way.
The Protective Partners that make up the Foundation are a small, select group of senior executives from various economic sectors in our country, interested in helping achieve the Foundation’s objectives as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.
With the addition of Sodexho Pass as a new Protective Partner, the Alares® Foundation is increasing its commitment to and active participation in the development of these new projects.
