Improving quality of life is one of the principles of the Alares Foundation underpinning the collaboration agreement with AERCE (Spanish Association of Purchasing, Contracting and Supply Professionals). The foundation’s new institutional partner wants to make clear its commitment to equality, diversity, and work-life balance as tools enabling its members to continue working to promote Social Responsibility. In addition, the social and labor integration of people with disabilities will be one of the principles to which AERCE and the Alares Foundation will devote the greatest effort, since organizations need to recognize this group as an opportunity to become more competitive.
AERCE and the Alares Foundation® want this signing to promote initiatives for sharing and exchanging relevant experiences. Tools such as seminars, conferences, and training programs… will serve as platforms for both institutions to present their needs and services.
In addition, both entities will manage projects and actions to improve people’s quality of life, which will undoubtedly have an impact on professional development and business competitiveness. In this regard, they will also collaborate on training initiatives that create knowledge-management or professional-development systems, with the aim of improving the potential of member companies.
All projects and joint actions between the two entities will be carried out through a joint committee, in which both institutions will have a voice and a vote.
