The plan’s four pillars
Service labeling: included at no cost and with unlimited use; annual allowance with hours or sessions included per employee and family; with copayment with a fixed fee per use; with discount off the standard rate. The annual allowances (24 hours of home help and 6 treatment sessions) reflect the figures in the PPT and the rate header, pending confirmation against the services Excel file. Reference service hours: for home services, working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays until 2:00 p.m.; public holidays have a different rate. Telephone services with general hours exclude national public holidays.
