Alares Receives the “Familia” Business Award for Work-Life, Family and Personal Life Balance

Alares, Family Assistance Experts, has received the “Familia” Business Award for Work-Life, Family and Personal Life Balance, presented at the 12th edition of the “Familia” Business and Institutional Awards. The awards, created by the Grup D´Entitas Catalanes (CEG) de la Familia, were presented at an event chaired by the President of the Catalan Competition Defense Tribunal, Lluís Franco, last Monday, July 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the Auditori Fitac Assegurances in Barcelona. Iberdrola, Boehringer Ingelheim, Caixa Sabadell, ISS and Sargantana were the award winners along with Alares®, Family Assistance Experts. The CEG aims to promote and strengthen work-life, family and personal life balance, thereby encouraging companies to take action in areas that go beyond their strictly economic objectives. In addition to this award, Alares® has already received the “IMSERSO Infanta Cristina Awards, 2004,” from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, for Innovation and the best Work-Life, Family and Personal Life Balance Program, as well as for Innovation in Care for Dependent Persons The “Alares® Social Teleassistance” Service was also selected by the Government of Catalonia as an innovative service at the FORUM 2002-INNOVATION FOR DEPENDENCY in Sitges, due to its substantial improvements over traditional teleassistance.
