Alares provides its Work-Life Balance Program to Wolters Kluwer employees

Since October 1, 2008, Alares®, a company specializing in family assistance, has provided Wolters Kluwer employees and their closest family members (parents, spouses, children under 23, and parents-in-law) with family assistance services through its Work-Life, Family and Personal Life Reconciliation Program for companies. This Program—which has operated in the Spanish market since 1999—follows procedures audited by AENOR and endorsed by the UNE-EN ISO 9001/2000 quality certification. We define a high-risk situation as: postoperative recovery, gender-based violence, children under 15 who spend time alone due to their parents' work schedules, people with disabilities, older people, and high-risk pregnancies.
  • Unlimited, Anonymous Telephone Consultations with Specialists in the Following Areas: Medical, Legal, Psychological, Social, and Dietary-Nutritional
  • Selection of Social and Healthcare Professionals, Domestic Service Staff, or Childcare Providers
  • International Second Medical Opinion in the Event of Serious Illness or Injury, both in terms of diagnosis and treatment.
  • Network of Partner Medical, Dental, Wellness, and Beauty Providers: Access to general practitioners and specialists, as well as dental and aesthetic centers and spas, with significant discounts on their standard rates.
