Since November 1, 2008, Alares®, a specialist in Family Assistance, has provided the employees of Grupo Business Administration and their immediate family members (parents, spouses or domestic partners, and children under 23) with its family assistance services through its Work-Life, Family, and Personal Life Balance Program for companies.
The Services of Alares®- which are provided anywhere in the country -, are designed to cover a wide range of needs that arise in everyday life as a result of illness, accidents, or postoperative recovery,… and disrupt people’s daily lives.
Business Administration is made up of a group of companies focused on providing services in various areas, including human resources, ICT, and knowledge management, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Palma de Mallorca.
Alares® is the only company in Spain that guarantees the direct provision of its care and social-healthcare services anywhere in Spain, guaranteeing assistance for both employees and their family members wherever they may be. All procedures are audited by AENOR and supported by UNE-EN ISO 9001/2000 quality certification.
The Program encompasses the provision of the following services:
- Home Care Assistance: Assistants for companionship, getting up, going to bed, eating meals, and caring for sick children.
- Specialized In-Home Treatments: Physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and private tutors for children in case of illness.
- 24-hour preventive and assisted mobile telecare: Fixed and Mobile: A prevention and assistance system for anyone in a high-risk situation who requires immediate attention 24 hours a day. We define a high-risk situation as: postoperative care, gender-based violence, children under 15 who spend time alone due to their parents' work schedules, people with disabilities, older adults, and high-risk pregnancies.
- Unlimited and anonymous telephone consultations with our specialists in the following areas: medical, legal, psychological, social, and dietary-nutritional
- Selection of social and healthcare professionals or domestic staff and/or childcare providers
- International Medical Second Opinion for Serious Illnesses, both in terms of diagnosis and treatment.
- Medical, Dental, Wellness, and Beauty Network: Access to general practitioners and specialists, as well as dental and aesthetic centers and spas, with significant discounts off their rates.
