Alares Social CEE attends the recording of La2’s new program “A Better World”

TVE’s new program, “A Better World”, will feature each week stories about people, companies, associations, or recognitions such as the Telefónica Ability Awards that show that, by working together, we can build a more supportive society that values people with and without disabilities equally.

Thanks to the Telefónica Ability Awards, Alares Social CEE will be able to attend the recording of La2’s “A Better World” program.

The program is hosted by Bertín Osborne, who has particular insight into these issues because he has a son with a disability, and co-hosted by Sheila Izquierdo, who until now worked on the quiz show “Cifras y Letras.”

The program will air on Sunday afternoons for one hour. According to Osborne, we will hear “the voices of people whose determination to overcome adversity is admirable.”

“A Better World” will have three segments: “A Different Story,” featuring an association, foundation, or group of people who help those in need, or mothers, fathers, or people directly affected by any type of disease known as “rare”; “Think Positively”, which will introduce one of the companies nominated for the Telefónica Ability Awards; and “Friends Who Care”, in which a well-known figure (singer, athlete, presenter, etc.) or an anonymous person who regularly supports, belongs to, or has an association or foundation will discuss their work in the studio.
