The increase in staff is reflected above all in the high demand for Call Center and Telephone Customer Service services, which has even led to a move to another facility better suited to the needs in terms of space, expanded infrastructure, and modern technologies required to meet new demand. In addition, all positions are fully adapted, meaning that anyone with reduced mobility who requires technical aids, such as crutches or a wheelchair, can access them.
At Alares Social (CEE), more than 90% of employees are people with physical, intellectual, or sensory disabilities, and they provide an excellent service under the highest quality standards. This fact is supported by the recent recognition received by the Special Employment Center: last October, it was honored at the CRC ORO Awards for Excellence in Customer Service.Alares Social CEE and Fundación Alares at the Employment Fair for People with Disabilities
Fundación Alares and Alares Social CEE, committed to promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities, participated on November 13 and 14 in the 8th Employment Fair for People with Disabilities of the Community of Madrid, whose main objective was to collect applications for entry into the labor market.
At the designated stand, attendees were informed and advised about current job openings. In addition, people whose résumés matched the vacancies offered by Alares Social CEE—which covered all kinds of profiles—had the opportunity to take part in an initial interview there.
Specifically, 1,500 people visited the designated stand to submit their applications, and more than 30 people moved directly on to a second stage of the selection process.
