Alares Social CEE Receives the Discatel Special Award for CSR

The PRODUCTIVEX project: “Propeller for Equal Opportunities and Non-Discrimination” has received the DISCATEL Special Award for Corporate Social Responsibility, which recognizes client companies and outsourcers that promote the integration of people with disabilities. Last Wednesday, October 8, the CRC Oro Awards Gala was held at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The awards grant leading companies in the industry—including companies, outsourcers, and technology manufacturers—the distinction that recognizes them for their “EXCELLENCE in Customer Service.” The CRC Oro Awards have a 17-year history and are organized by AEERC (Spanish Association of Experts in Customer Relations). They culminate a rigorous audit process carried out by IZO, a consultancy specializing in Customer Experience Management. The DISCATEL Special Award for Corporate Social Responsibility is a cross-industry award open to both client companies and outsourcing companies. To participate, they must document and submit a success story to the CRC Oro Awards Expert Committee, made up of members of AEERC, IZO, and Ifaes, defining its impact on the social integration of people with disabilities.
