As of last December 1, Alares®, an Entity Specialized in Family Assistance, provides the more than 1,300 employees of Arbora & Ausonia and their closest family members (parents, spouse or partner, and children) with the services included in its Family Assistance Coverage.
These Services are intended to help Arbora & Ausonia employees reconcile their Work, Family, and Personal Lives
- anywhere in the country-, and are designed to meet a wide range of needs that arise in everyday life and may affect people's quality of life.
The Program includes various free services such as:

Unlimited and anonymous telephone consultations with specialists: Medical, Legal, Psychological, Social, and Dietary-Nutritional Areas

Additionally, on an optional basis, they may also benefit from other services, such as:
- Preventive and Care Teleassistance 24 Hours a Day: Fixed-Line and Mobile
- Access to a Network of Affiliated Medical Providers
- Home Repair Management (plumbers, electricians…)
- Babysitting Service: Childcare in Scheduled Situations.
The Work, Family and Personal Life Reconciliation Program of Alares® has received the “IMSERSO Infanta Cristina Awards, 2004” award for Innovation and Best Work, Family and Personal Life Reconciliation Program from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. This Program currently has 400,000 beneficiaries and follows procedures audited by AENOR and endorsed by UNE-EN ISO 9001/2000 certification.
