When you contract training with Alares Social, a Special Employment Centre (CEE):
- You will be able to subsidize the training you require through the Tripartite Foundation. We manage the course subsidies free of charge.
- It can be counted as an Alternative Measure to comply with the LGDPD (General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities).
- It is “responsible purchasing,” since we are a Social Economy entity, and our purchase certificate provides an advantage in a large number of public tenders and/or when obtaining grants. In addition, you are creating jobs for people with disabilities and promoting your CSR.
