These services help improve people’s quality of life wherever they live and regardless of their social or economic status, and are incorporated into the company culture and strategy of the organization itself.

Yesterday morning, at the Barcelona Activa headquarters, 3 organizations received the Alares “ESR” Certificate and Seal, promoted by the Alares Foundation and the Foundation for Diversity. This certificate recognizes the good practices of large companies, SMEs and institutions in providing real solutions to society’s new support needs, through specific services that promote Work-Family Reconciliation, equal opportunities and non-discrimination on any grounds.
