The National Center for Accessible Technologies (CENTAC) will organize the National Congress on New Technologies Accessible to People with Disabilities on November 17 at the Parador Hostal San Marcos in León. Fundación Alares and Alares Social Special Employment Center will participate in the event alongside the Discatel Project.
The Congress has the honorary presidency of Her Majesty the Queen and is promoted by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, through the Royal Board on Disability, and by Fundación Fundetec. Its aim is to bring together organizations, associations, public administrations, and people interested in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) applied to disability, in order to discuss the current situation.
In addition to presentations and round-table discussions, the Congress will feature an exhibition area where companies and associations will showcase their main solutions and services to public administrations and users.
