European Diversity Day is celebrated on June 4. For this reason, Fundación Diversidad is once again joining in this day, aiming to raise awareness of the true importance of investing in diverse teams. It is an added value for any organization.
In today's society, it is necessary to move toward an organizational model based on making the most of individual potential as the key to success.
Therefore, making the most of human resources within groups that are heterogeneous in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, nationality… In short, a model of society based precisely on leveraging difference as a source of value for the success of any company and any society.
Numerous studies and research show that cultural diversity adds value to companies, increases their chances of attracting talent, enriches organizational culture, and increases the number of customers, while its economic costs are minimal. One study, conducted by the European Commission, identifies the five most significant advantages of implementing active Diversity policies:

3.Helps attract and retain highly talented people.
4.Increases employee motivation and efficiency.
5.Increases innovation and creativity among employees.
Changes in the location of production and the movement of goods and services have been accompanied by the movement of people. In any case, these movements have intensified significantly in recent decades, and their demographic impact has transformed the urban landscape of many countries, making it increasingly colorful and multicultural.
Ultimately, we are all different: age, gender, physical characteristics, sexual orientation, personality, hobbies, standard of living, beliefs...
