At a time when having a customer base matters most—and is increasingly difficult to achieve—all loyalty strategies must focus on convincing users that the products offered provide them with the greatest benefits. Customer happiness is therefore the goal to achieve and the competitive advantage these companies’ products need to attract and retain customers.

Creating products in which the human factor is what truly makes a brand unique and different is the best strategy for surviving and leading in the difficult current environment. Two of our clients, Ford Spain and Direct (insurance), leading companies in the automotive and insurance sectors respectively, share this belief and rely on Alares’ personal and family assistance services to retain their customers. For both Ford and Direct, their customers are the most important thing, which is why they want to go beyond simply selling a vehicle or an insurance policy. They also offer a range of additional services so that their customers can enjoy life and be happier. The Alares services offered by both companies improve the Quality of Life and Work-Life Balance of all their customers throughout Spain. Ultimately, Ford and Direct are clearly committed to innovation, differentiation, and creativity, in line with their CSR policies. In addition, these services are managed through Alares’ Special Employment Centre, Alares Social, whose mission is to integrate people with disabilities into the labor market by providing labor-intensive, high-value-added services to companies. This means that Ford and Direct’s commitment to society is twofold: through their customers and through their selection of partners. In the case of Ford, a special package of assistance services is offered FREE OF CHARGE to the driver and their family, included with all its vehicles through the FORD PROTECT LIFE program for 5 years or up to 100,000 km, whichever comes first. And they go even further, because purchasing their adapted vehicles for people with disabilities also provides free access to a specific assistance program called “FORD PROTECT ADAPTA.” Among the many services Alares provides through both programs are taking the car to the garage or for its roadworthiness test at no cost, a personal assistant to handle any exceptional needs that may arise in daily life, TeleAssistance, a second international medical opinion, Personal Home Assistance, and TelePharmacy medication delivery. For its part, Direct, in addition to offering insurance at highly competitive prices and coverage tailored to each customer’s needs, completes its assistance package through its agreement with Alares with a Traffic and Roadworthiness Test Administration Service. This allows holders of Direct motor insurance policies to request, FREE OF CHARGE, that any procedure related to their vehicle or driver be handled on their behalf, as well as having their car taken for its roadworthiness test. These are just two of the major companies that rely on Alares. In addition to helping organizations retain customers and increase engagement with them, Alares also offers assistance services for employees and their families that improve work-family balance and reduce absenteeism, as well as process outsourcing services that increase business productivity.
