N-Nova will translate “RS Pymes” into Galician to make the website accessible to many more organizations, while also setting an example of respect for the diversity of co-official languages.

The evaluation of CSR initiatives launched by Fundación Alares® and Mekit is available free of charge

Fundación Alares and Mekit continue working to disseminate and promote the “RS Pymes” web platform. As a result, they have reached an agreement with the consultancy N-Nova, which specializes in providing solutions and advice to companies in both the public sector and the third sector. N-Nova is joining the RS Pymes project and has committed to translating the web application into Galician to make it accessible to a greater number of companies. In this way, Fundación Alares and Mekit also wish to highlight the diversity of co-official languages spoken in our country and the need to give them the attention they deserve.

From now on, with this web platform, any SME will be able to access tools and indicators, in Spanish and Galician, for evaluating the different areas of CSR: the Environment, People, and the Organization’s Income Statement. In this way, N-Nova will be able to obtain a global view of the state of Corporate Social Responsibility in its organization, enabling different types of segmented analysis: by size, sector, and so on. In addition, Fundación Alares and Mekit have made a particular effort to ensure that RS Pymes is a free tool serving small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them self-assess the effectiveness of their CSR initiatives.

Committed organization

N-Nova’s involvement in the project demonstrates the relevance that RS Pymes has acquired in just six months. Many organizations now agree that we must promote the value of Corporate Social Responsibility among small and medium-sized enterprises—a value that will largely determine whether we can establish a culture of Corporate Social Responsibility that is close to society. Thanks to RS Pymes, any company will be able to access all the platform’s features, such as the one designed to showcase the good practices already being implemented, which help encourage the adoption of new CSR initiatives.

In turn, Fundación Alares and Mekit, as the project promoters, will use the data obtained through the web environment to conduct a study offering a global view of the state of Corporate Social Responsibility among Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises.
