Her Majesty the Queen, honorary president of the Alares National Awards Ceremony

The presentation of the Alares National Awards, now in their eighth year, will take place on June 26 at the CaixaForum Auditorium in Madrid. Her Majesty the Queen will be Honorary President of the Alares National Awards for Work-Life, Family and Personal-Life Reconciliation and Social Responsibility, which are celebrating their eighth edition this year due to the success of previous editions. The aim of these awards is to recognize the efforts and commitment of the various institutions, companies, social partners, executives, professors, researchers, and media outlets working to promote work/family/personal-life reconciliation, shared responsibility, and Social Responsibility—essential elements for improving Quality of Life and business competitiveness. This edition, which will have Her Majesty the Queen as Honorary President, represents a major challenge for the Alares Foundation, with the continued objective of highlighting the importance of work-family reconciliation in a society like ours. In the words of Mar Aguilera, Director of the Alares Foundation, “having Her Majesty as Honorary President fills us with pride and encourages us to continue working to promote and develop Quality of Life for People and business competitiveness.” These awards are an example of positive initiatives and vital tools to help Spain become a leader among the countries working hardest to improve Quality of Life for People, Equal Opportunities, and Business Competitiveness. The panel of experts is currently evaluating all the nominations submitted. The jury’s decision will be announced in June, and the winners will receive their awards during the gala on June 26 at the CaixaForum Auditorium. The Alares National Awards Gala is an event attended by the leading representatives of the work-life and family-life reconciliation sector in our country.
