Their presentation recognizes the best practices that help improve the quality of employment by facilitating workplace inclusion and continuity in employment. The practices recognized by these awards are aimed at promoting equal opportunities for people with disabilities regarding access to and retention in the workplace. They address aspects such as workplace and related risk assessments, proper workplace adaptation, appropriate personal protection to prevent occupational accidents, and the provision of accessible training that meets the person's specific needs in accordance with their abilities. In the words of Eusebio Gómez, General Manager of Cualtis, “initiatives of this kind, such as sponsoring this event, must encourage companies, individuals, and institutions to join in supporting it.” The panel of experts, which is already evaluating all the proposals received, will announce its decision during June. However, it will not be until July 6 that the gala will take place at the CaixaForum Auditorium in Madrid, where the winners in each of the categories will be announced: Large Companies, SMEs, Institutions, and Occupational Risk Prevention Professionals (PRL).
