Tinsa is committed to the well-being of its employees and the integration of people with disabilities

photo Thanks to an agreement signed with Alares, Tinsa employees will be able to enjoy work-life balance services designed to ensure a better quality of life for both them and their families. These solutions are managed through Alares Social Special Employment Center (CEE), so in addition to demonstrating the company’s commitment to improving the well-being of its employees, they also reflect a greater commitment to CSR through its support for the labor integration of People with Disabilities.

Madrid, October 13. A company’s most valuable asset is its human capital. Tinsa, a leading multinational company in real estate valuation and advisory services, is aware of this and has signed an agreement with Alares, Spain’s leading provider of private assistance to individuals and families throughout Spain and Portugal, to help its employees achieve work-life balance and make their daily lives a little easier.

Through this agreement, the company enables employees to access a range of essential support services in their daily lives, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing them with the personal and family assistance solutions they need so they can feel more relaxed and satisfied with their professional and personal lives. In addition, these measures will help improve productivity and reduce absenteeism, as it has been shown that family-related problems are responsible for 50% of cases.

To this end, Tinsa has placed its trust in Alares’ work-life balance services, both because of its extensive experience of more than 15 years and because it is the only company that guarantees the direct provision of these services by its own staff and therefore with maximum reliability, wherever its employees or their family members are located in Spain and Portugal. Furthermore, as the services are managed through Alares Social (CEE), they will enable the company to increase its compliance with the New General Law on the rights of People with Disabilities and their social inclusion, in line with the initiatives promoted by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
