At Vivofácil, we make sure you and your companions arrive safely.
We provide you with a safe, comfortable, and reliable service.
Plan: Monthly payment, with an annual contract required.
If you face any health-related situation that prevents you from continuing to drive, Vivofácil provides you and your companions (a maximum of 4 people in total) with the necessary resources so that you and they can reach the specified destination.
You have access to three free services per year. Each service lasts a maximum of 3 hours from the start of the journey and covers a maximum distance of 60 kilometers from the pickup location to the destination. To use the service, at least 48 hours must have passed between the time of contracting and payment and the time the service is requested.
To use this service, all your vehicle documentation must be valid (insurance, vehicle inspection, etc.).
The service is provided using the customer's own vehicle. A Vivofácil professional drives your car to the specified destination.
The subscription includes up to three free services per year.
Each trip can last a maximum of 3 hours and cover up to 60 kilometers from the pickup point.
Up to four people can travel in total, including the service holder.
The vehicle must have:
- Valid insurance
- Valid vehicle inspection
- Up-to-date documentation
These requirements are necessary to use the service.
