Care for your baby and support for you.
Receive advice and help with your baby’s hygiene and care from specialized professionals. We also support you throughout your recovery, so you can feel better and have more energy.
Having a baby is a wonderful experience, but it also raises questions and creates needs you may never have considered before. Whether it is for you, your sister, or a friend, with Vivofácil’s SALUS (in-home postpartum assistant), both mother and baby will receive all the help they need.
Our professionals have healthcare expertise to provide excellent care. We can monitor the mother’s postpartum recovery and the baby’s development, recommend exercises, help manage postpartum anxiety, assist with breastfeeding, provide information on proper hygiene for both mother and baby, and offer emotional support...
In short, everything you need to be well cared for and informed while enjoying your newborn during their first few months of life.
You must purchase a minimum of 3 hours, although you can subsequently choose the number of hours that best suits you (you may purchase 5, 6, or as many as you consider necessary). This is a continuous service with a minimum duration of 3 hours.
From the time the service is requested, we have between 6 and 48 hours on business days to begin providing the service in provincial capitals and large population centers. In the case of small towns, the time required to start providing the service may be extended to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days), depending on availability in the area. We therefore recommend requesting the service as far in advance as possible. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Vivofácil has civil liability insurance covering any incident. You can also have peace of mind knowing that your employees will be registered with Social Security under the legally applicable system, preventing any unforeseen issues; if someone becomes ill, we will provide a replacement. With Vivofácil, you are fully covered.
In areas that are difficult to access and can only be reached by private vehicle, or in sparsely populated areas where there are no suitable personnel available for hire, prices may vary. We suggest calling us at 900 877 977 before purchasing the service so we can find the best solution.
A Salus is a professional specializing in newborn care and supporting the mother during the postpartum period. Their role is to help the family with matters such as breastfeeding, baby hygiene, rest, sleep routines, and the mother’s physical and emotional recovery.
While a nanny focuses primarily on childcare, a Salus has healthcare training and specific experience in maternity and newborn care. In addition to caring for the baby, they advise parents and provide support during the postpartum period.
An in-home Salus can help with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, bathing the baby, hygiene, sleep routines, monitoring the newborn’s well-being, postpartum recovery, and answering parents’ frequently asked questions.
It is especially recommended during the first weeks after birth, when parents need professional support to adapt to the baby’s arrival, improve family rest, and resolve questions related to childcare and the postpartum period.
Yes. Salus professionals are trained to provide guidance on breastfeeding techniques, proper latching, milk expression, preventing discomfort, and establishing feeding routines adapted to each baby.
Yes. Vivofácil’s in-home Salus service is available in Madrid and other Spanish cities, allowing families to receive professional support without having to travel during the postpartum period.
Hiring depends on each family’s needs. At Vivofácil, the service has a minimum booking of 3 consecutive hours and can be extended according to the household’s needs.
Yes. In addition to caring for the baby, a Salus can support the mother during her physical and emotional recovery, offering guidance on postpartum care, rest, emotional well-being, and adapting to this new stage of family life.
The main benefits are greater peace of mind for parents, professional support with newborn care, improved family rest, quick answers to questions, and an easier adjustment to the new routine with the baby.
You can request the service by specifying the date, schedule, and number of hours needed. Once the request has been processed, the service can usually begin within 6 to 48 business hours in large cities, depending on availability.
