You must purchase a minimum of 3 hours, although you can subsequently choose the number of hours that suits you best (you can purchase 5, 6, or however many you consider necessary). This is a minimum continuous service of 3 hours.

Once the service has been requested, we can begin providing the service within 6 to 48 hours on business days in provincial capitals and major population centers. In the case of smaller towns, the timeframe may extend to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days), depending on availability in the area. We therefore recommend requesting the service as far in advance as possible.

This package excludes tasks specified under the specialist handyman service, as well as any task requiring drilling into wood, porcelain, concrete, marble, or metal surfaces.

In areas that are difficult to access, where it is only possible to arrive by private vehicle, or in sparsely populated areas or areas lacking available personnel to hire, prices may vary. We suggest calling us at 900 877 977 before booking the service so that we can find the best solution.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Vivofácil has civil liability insurance that covers any incident. You can also rest assured that your employees will be legally registered with Social Security.

Yes, of course. Our professionals come to your home with a complete toolbox (drill, screwdrivers, wrenches, level, etc.) to carry out the work. You only need to have the item to be installed at home (the furniture, light fixture, mirror) and any specific replacement parts if necessary.

Our service focuses on labor. Ideally, you should already have purchased what you want to install. If it is necessary to go and buy a specific replacement part during the service, that travel time will count as working time within the booked hours.

The Basic Handyman handles jobs that do not require industrial certification or heavy masonry work. For example, they can replace a faucet (Basic), but not the pipes inside a wall (Professional/Renovation). They can replace a light fixture (Basic), but not the main electrical panel or chase walls for wiring (Professional).

To make the professional’s travel worthwhile, we usually set a minimum number of hours per visit (typically 3 hours). We recommend grouping several pending “little tasks” together to make the most of the technician’s visit.
