What does this service include?

- We handle the *paperwork and any questions or administrative procedures that we can complete on your behalf, such as: duplicate vehicle registration documents, requests for reports on vehicles you are considering buying, and applications for and renewals of parking or regulated-parking permits.

* The customer only needs to pay the fees, official expenses and taxes where required by the administrative procedure.

- Vehicle inspection assistance: we provide a driver who will take your vehicle for its inspection on your behalf. We can also arrange the appointment for you.

- Garage service: we collect the vehicle from wherever you tell us and take it to the garage you specify, as well as collecting it afterward.

- Vivofácil drives you: if you become unwell and are unable to continue driving, Vivofácil provides a driver for you and your passengers.

- Teleprotection: program a call to Vivofácil’s assistance center onto one key on your mobile phone in case of any danger. We will activate the entire protocol to help you.

- Personal assistance in hospital or at home: if you are recovering from an illness or injury, Vivofácil provides 8 hours per year for any type of home-related need.
