The customer will have the number of services selected at the time of purchase. Each service will last a maximum of 3 hours, during which the customer will only pay for the cost of the shopping. The service is provided on business days, Monday to Friday, during business hours. The service includes a car.
From the time the service is requested, we have between 6 and 48 hours on business days to begin providing the service in provincial capitals and large towns. In the case of small towns, this period may be extended to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days), depending on availability in the area. For this reason, we recommend requesting the service as far in advance as possible. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Vivofácil has civil liability insurance that covers any incidents.
In areas that are difficult to access, where it is only possible to reach the destination by private vehicle, or in sparsely populated areas or areas lacking suitable staff to hire, prices may vary. We suggest that you call us at 900 877 977 before booking the service so that we can find the best solution.
As 24 December (from 3:00 p.m.), 25 December, 31 December (from 3:00 p.m.), 1 January, and 6 January are public holidays, rates will increase on these days. We recommend contacting us before booking, free of charge, at 900 877 977.
The customer pays for the cost of the products, while Vivofácil is paid for the service time (the professional’s hours). For payment of the shopping, we usually agree on a float—cash you give the professional, with change and the receipt returned—or, for recurring services, we can set up more convenient payment methods. We will always give you the original shopping receipt from each establishment.
Yes, absolutely. Unlike many delivery services that deliver “to the curb” or to the door, our service is in-home assistance. The professional comes inside, carries the bags to the kitchen counter and, if you hire this service, helps you put everything away in cupboards and the refrigerator.
Of course. You’re in charge. Give us your detailed shopping list (e.g., “Brand X milk, tomatoes from greengrocer Y”). We adapt to your preferences and budget, looking for the deals you specify if you wish.
