A professional hired directly by Vivofácil, with no franchises or intermediaries, will carry out the household tasks you need. You can enjoy the service by purchasing hours of ironing and house cleaning.
You must purchase a minimum of 3 hours, although you can subsequently choose the number of hours that suits you best (you can purchase 5, 6, or as many as you consider necessary). This is a continuous service with a minimum duration of 3 hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 22:00 and Saturdays until 14:00, while holiday hours are Saturdays from 14:00 to 22:00 and Sundays or public holidays from 7:00 to 22:00.
You must provide all cleaning materials; the person will not bring materials or equipment. We do not carry out post-construction cleaning.
Choose the time that suits you best for your ironing and house-cleaning service: From the time the service is requested, we can begin providing the service within 6 to 48 hours on working days in provincial capitals and large towns. In the case of small towns, this period may be extended to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days), depending on availability in the area. We therefore recommend that you request the service as far in advance as possible.
In areas that are difficult to access, where it is only possible to travel by private vehicle, or in sparsely populated areas or areas without personnel available for hire, there may be variations in the price. You can also have peace of mind knowing that your employees will be registered with social security under the legal employment scheme, helping to prevent any unforeseen circumstances; and if someone falls ill, we will provide a replacement.
