Vivofácil staff will handle the entire process: we will arrange an appointment at the nearest vehicle inspection center and send a professional to the address you provide to collect and deliver your vehicle (collection and delivery are always at street level, not from a garage or parking lot). This service is provided only if the vehicle’s inspection is valid at the time the service is carried out.  

You will only need to pay the driver the amount corresponding to the car’s vehicle inspection at the time of collection.

From the time the service is requested, we have 6 to 48 hours on working days to begin providing the service in provincial capitals and large towns. In the case of small towns, the timeframe may be extended to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days), depending on availability in the area. We therefore recommend requesting the service as far in advance as possible.

In case of any unforeseen event, Vivofácil has civil liability insurance covering any incident. You can also have peace of mind knowing that your employees will be registered with the Social Security system.
