Although our professionals join your household after a rigorous selection process, we offer a 3-month guarantee, under which Vivofácil assures you that if the selected person does not meet your needs or has to stop working for any reason, we will repeat the process as many times as necessary, at no additional cost and completely free of charge.
In addition, this service includes free advice on the procedures required to manage the employment contract and registration with Social Security, making the entire process as easy as possible for you. From the time the service is requested, we have a maximum period of 15 business days to select the staff. We therefore recommend that you request the service as far in advance as possible. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, Vivofácil has civil liability insurance that will cover any incident. With Vivofácil, you’ll have everything covered.
