Once the service has been requested, we have between 6 and 48 hours on business days to begin providing the service in provincial capitals and large towns. In the case of small towns, the timeframe may be extended to a maximum of 72 hours (3 days), depending on availability in the area. We have both types of teachers and will advise you according to your goal. For grammar preparation and academic support, a qualified bilingual teacher who can explain the rules in your language may sometimes be pedagogically better. For advanced conversation, we usually assign native speakers or teachers with a C2 level who can perfect your accent. You decide which you prefer.
Yes. Group classes (for siblings, couples, or neighbours) are an excellent option for sharing costs and making the class more fun. We only recommend that students have a similar level so the teacher does not have to divide their attention and both students can make the most of the hour.
Our greatest demand is for English, followed by French and German. However, thanks to our extensive database of professionals, we can handle requests for other languages (Italian, Chinese, Portuguese) in major cities. Ask us about availability.
The teacher adapts the material to your needs. For academic support, they will work with the student’s textbook to ensure they pass at school. For adults or conversation classes, the teacher will provide supplementary worksheets, exercises, or audiovisual resources to make the class more engaging.
It is usual to book 1-hour or 1.5-hour sessions. Less time is often not very productive, while longer sessions can be tiring, especially for children. You choose the frequency: intensive daily lessons or maintenance lessons once or twice a week.
